In order to have a quicker response, you are kindly requested to mention the below details in order in the "Description Section" .
Students are requested to provide the following details: 
  • ID Number
  • DOB (Date of Birth)
  • Major
  • Question he/she wants to ask
Faculty and Staff Members are requested to provide the following details 
  • Department
  • Question he/she wants to ask
